Rodney Hubbard Machler, 53 of Greentop, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, November 11, 2024.

Rodney was born April 25, 1971 in South Bend, Indiana, the son of Douglas and Charlene (Hubbard) Machler.

At the time of Rodney's death he was employed by Home Depot. He had previously owned and operated The Golden Leprechaun Gold and Coin Shop in Quincy, Illinois for a number of years. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle

Rodney will be missed.

Rodney is survived by his daughter Tricia Estrada and her husband Daniel of Kirksville, MO; his grandchildren, Isabella Crump, Sophia Estrada, Charlotte Estrada, Daniel Estrada Jr., Riott Estrada and his faithful four-legged companion Patty, all of whom he loved very much. Rodney is also survived by one brother, Anthony Machler (Kacey Corwin); one nephew, Mitchell Gring; one niece, Lillyan Gring; his long-time friend Victor Vega; as well as several uncles, aunts, and many cousins.

Rodney was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Abagail Crump; his parents; his grandparents, Wilbur and Wilma Hubbard, Lawrence and Pauline Machler, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Rodney will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that all donations in honor of Rodney be made to Travis-Noe Funeral Home to help with the final costs. The may be left at the funeral home or mailed to P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
