Meghan Nicole Simmons, 31, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Friday (July 31, 2015) at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

The daughter of Harold E. and Sharon K. (Kelley) Simmons, she was born May 20, 1984 in Kirksville, Missouri.

Meghan is survived by her parents, Harold and Sharon Simmons of LaPlata, MO; her fiancée, Jason Carroll of Kirksville, MO; three sons, Quade and Daegan Simmons, Zain Cornelison and Nya Carroll, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Meghan has been cremated and a memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, (August 5, 2015) with family receiving friends one hour before at Faith United Methodist Church in Kirksville.
