Timothy Leroy Maggart, 65, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday (July 19, 2015) at his home.

The son of Jacob E. and Reva (Snyder) Maggart Sr., he was born August 4, 1949 in Kirksville, Missouri.

Tim is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Link and Linda Maggart, Danny and Melinda Maggart, and Toni and Eileen Maggart all of Kirksville, MO; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lena and Darrel Engle of Kirksville, MO and Joni and Kirk Bryant of Edina, MO, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Jake, Cliff and Perry "Padro" Maggart.

Tim was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1967.

Tim has been cremated and graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday (July 24, 2015) at Highland Park Cemetery in Kirksville, with Pastor Virgil Jones officiating.

No public visitation will be held and arrangements will be under the direction of Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
