G. Louise (Neuendorf) Ellis, 94, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday (January 15, 2015) at her home under Hospice care.

The daughter of Walter and Ella (Storck) Neuendorf, she was born July 17, 1920 in St. Peter, Illinois. On August 4, 1940 in Decatur, Illinois, Louise was united in marriage to Charles G. “Jed” Ellis who preceded her in death on December 18, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Linda Sue, and four brothers.

Louise is survived by three daughters, Ann Noles of Jacksonville, FL, Lynne Chicoine of West Linn, OR and Sue Fouch and husband, Scott of LaPlata, MO, as well as ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday (January 19, 2015) at the First Lutheran Church under the direction of Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home in Decatur, Illinois.

Interment will follow the service at Graceland Cemetery in Decatur.
