Joseph Todd Fees, 52, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday (November 27, 2014) at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

The son of Charles and Norma (Cleghorn) Fees, he was born March 15, 1962 in Ridgecrest, California.

Joe is survived by his girlfriend, Jenny Craig of Kirksville, MO; two step daughters, Kendra Craig and Krystal Craig both of Kirksville, MO; one brother, Terry Ray Fees of Ridgecrest, CA; one sister, JoAnna Easley of Ridgecrest, CA; three step grandchildren, Tony, Kameira and Piper, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dianna Jean Williams.

Joe was raised in Ridgecrest, California where he graduated from high school and went to college. He served in the United States Army four years. In 2001, Joe went to work for the City of Kirksville.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and the great outdoors. Joe’s true love was riding his Harley motorcycle.

It was Joe’s wish to be cremated and a Memorial service to honor his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday (December 8, 2014) at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Larry Gibson officiating.

Family will receive friends on Monday (December 8, 2014) for one hour before the service in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home.
