Kathryn Jean (Rogers) Williams, 72, of Novinger, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Monday (October 27, 2014) at her home.

The daughter of Ray Ezra and Clara Ann (Stewart) Rogers, she was born September 4, 1942 in Kirksville, Missouri. In July of 1962, Kathryn was united in marriage to George Andrew Williams Sr.

Kathryn is survived by her husband, George of fifty-two years; one son and daughter-in-law, George Andrew and Monika Williams Jr. of Novinger, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and John Anderson of Novinger, MO; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Larry and Lenora Rogers of Kirksville, MO, Gary Rogers of Kirksville, MO, Ray and Sue Rogers of Novinger, MO, and Earl Rogers of Kirksville, MO; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Ruthie and Bob Gray of Drakes, CO, Mary Rogers of Kirksville, MO and Sarah and Steve Brookhart of Greentop, MO; seven grandchildren, Aries, Owen, Zoey and Josie Williams, Colby Anderson, Candace Dole and husband Josh, and John Anderson and wife Sarah; four great-grandchildren, Parker, Prestyn and Pierson Dabney and Kilynn Anderson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Martha Parrish and Rayma Rogers; one brother in infancy; one niece Linda Green, and her special friend Doris Livingston.

Kathryn was a lifelong resident of Adair County. She was employed a number of years at Florsheim Shoe Factory, McGraw Edison and Lamberts Glove Factory. Kathryn was last employed a number of years in home health care for American Home Care.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday (October 30, 2014) at Mulberry Cemetery, with Ray Junior Rogers officiating.

Family will receive friends on Thursday (October 30, 2014) for one hour before the graveside service in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be John Anderson Sr., John Anderson Jr., Aries Williams, Josh Dole, Austin Martin, Lesley Rogers and Larry Rogers. Marcus Johnson will be an honorary pallbearer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kathryn Williams Memorial Fund. Memorials may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe
